<div>Some workflows applied to TeamDynamix tickets are returning an error message, "Response status code does not indicate success: 504 (Gateway Time-out)."&nbsp;There are also delays in email ticket creation and errors when trying to launch workflows for tickets.&nbsp; CIT has reported this issue to the vendor and is investigating.</div>
